安全切断阀由【yóu】出口压力【lì】来控制 指【zhǐ】挥器（导阀）动【dòng】作【zuò】，从而实现切断 气【qì】体向下游输送的功能。“超【chāo】压切【qiē】 断【duàn】 ”功能即当安全【quán】切【qiē】断阀下【xià】游信号 采【cǎi】集【jí】点处的压力超出弹簧【huáng】所设定的 范围【wéi】后 ，集点处的压【yā】力信【xìn】号反馈给 指挥器（导阀），使指【zhǐ】挥器（导阀）活 塞向上【shàng】移动，从而使拉杆脱扣，重锤【chuí】 向下冲击撞【zhuàng】针 ，撞针向下移动使得 挂钩与翻板【bǎn】脱开 ，翻板向下【xià】关闭【bì】阀【fá】 门，从而切断气体向【xiàng】下游的输【shū】送，保【bǎo】 护下游设【shè】备及管线的安全。
“ 欠压切【qiē】断【duàn】 ”功能【néng】即当安全切断 阀下游信号采集点【diǎn】处的压【yā】力【lì】低于弹【dàn】 簧所设定的【de】范围后【hòu】，采【cǎi】集点【diǎn】处的压力 信号反馈给指挥器（导阀），使【shǐ】指【zhǐ】挥器 （导阀）活塞向下移动，从而【ér】使拉杆脱 扣【kòu】，重锤向下冲击撞针【zhēn】，撞针向下移 动使得【dé】挂【guà】钩与翻板脱【tuō】开，翻板向下关 闭阀门 ，从而切断气体【tǐ】向下游【yóu】的输 送，保护【hù】下游设备【bèi】及【jí】管线的安全。
